Veggie Salad

So my dinner guest for the evening rearranged plans. But then Sharon's mom decided to show up and again, we had a full table. I made a simple veggie salad set up in a buffet kind of style. The bed is made up of spinach leaves, spring lettuce, cilantro, and broccoli top.
The cheese is mozzarella, provolone, and feta. The veggies are red onion, green onion, cucumber, tomato, green bell pepper, celery, and black olives. The bed was tossed in my Italian dressing.

Equal parts vinegar and olive oil. 2 tablespoons agave nectar, minced garlic, minced red onion, rosemary, thyme, and sea salt. It was pretty good. I've made better dressing but the salad itself was pretty awesome.
